last I checked, stripping the wire required a tool. Interesting concept and I hope to try one out

I bought about 50 of each of their products because I was so impressed.

Matter of fact I just used a few of the in-line connectors to shorten two notebook power adapter cords that were too long.

I would have normally had to solder the cord and use heat shrink tubing, but just used these and was done in three minutes.

Attached is a pic of what I mean. (Note: I put marker on the connector so I can see if they are coming loose. Lame, I know, but seems good in concept.)

I used these items for installing my Nuvi mounting kit in my Pathfinder. The kit came with the taps. Very nice!
