What do you mean by "hard shifting"; not using the clutch pedal?

Wow, even after 40k miles of abuse (and enough to make it fail completely) it still doesn't look close to worn out.

haha i mean keeping the gas pedal floored while shifting. it takes practice, but its super hard on the clutch/tranny. i didnt know at the time cuz i was stupid and new to driving like that, so therefore i ended up with this bad clutch and now a bad tranny haha.
