Questions regarding sound from Fan/Engine/Fuel pump

Hello all,

I drive 2012 MC hardtop with manual transmission. I suspect abnormal sound from fan/engine/fuel pump and I would like to know if this is normal.

Fan sound:
The engine fan runs loudly all the time after driving for a while...It sounds like the ordinary cars with AC on. After some research, I found out that MINIs with a resistor issue have loud fan issue but in this case, the fan keeps running even after engine shut off. In my case, the fan stop running once engine is shut off.

Engine sound:
After engine hits up, it sounds rough when accelerating under 2k rpm. It sounds like something is rattling or driving low speeds in a too high gear. But I usually shift up at 2500 rpm so I don't think I shift too fast. I hear this rough sound at 2nd gear and 3rd gear under 2k rpm. Once it hits 2k, the sound gets clear. From 4th gear, rpm starts around 2k so I don't hear this rough sound.

Fuel pump noise:
There is a girgling/bubbling sound coming from driver side rear wheel. I suspect the sound coming from gas tank and the service guy at the dealership agreed that it is coming from pump in the gas tank. He says it is normal but it is kind of annoying...

Thank you in advance for your comments.
