...and not change the crank pully. I am using the mini for daily driving and bmwcca autocross. My concern is that the rpms will be to high on the accessories. Thanks in advance.

Yes you can, as Pratsman advised, but in your situation, having an '03 car, if the belt is not new, I would suggest you change belts. A stock belt will be fine, one with low miles or new. For the money use a new one as there will be no age issues ether.
My .02 worth.

A new stock belt will fit but its harder on the belt tensioner. At the end of the tensioner there is a limiting tab which runs down the center of the tensioner spring. When you reduce the pulley size the tensioner runs very close to the end of its travel and will ride on the end of this tab.It will eventually break the end off.Two things happen, funny noises, and if your belt does break the tensioner assembly will fly apart. This causes alot of related damage which wont be covered by warranty.I would recommend changing to a shorter belt to compensate for the smaller dia pulley. This will keep the adjuster running in the proper range it was designed for. This is even more critical if you also have a crank pulley installed because the crank pulley also gets damaged if this happens because it is closer to everything than the stock crank pulley.I believe Detroit Tuned have a limiting strap that he sells to stop this from happening.

The real issue my friend, is why you want to put your Mini straight into SM class with the big boys?? The pulley is sweet, but if you want to be competitive...well, you have to spend big big bucks on other go fast, stop fast, handle fast goodies if you plan on standing a chance. If you're like me and just going for fun... knock yourself out!
