300+whp PUMP gas Turbo Mini

I posted this in another thread but to keep things on track I thought I would start a new thread on the car.

This is our FIREBALLED turbo street mini, it has all our custom stuff and alot of the stuff that will be going into our turbo kits. I just thought I would show it off along with a dyno chart from our baseline.

The chart only shows WHP because the spark pickup was not picking up a correct signal.

The car is going to MYNES in PHX AZ to be tuned this week, I will post updated dyno plots after its tuned and making MORE BOOST !

Here are the basics.

Fireballed Turbo kit stage...CUSTOM!

On the baseline we made 309whp on 91 oct PUMP gas no additives, no n20, no race fuel, nothing to increase power or alter conditions. For that matter the only air blowing on the car was a cheesy carpet fan aimed at the radaitor. And we are only running 20psi of boost. All I can tell yo uis the power is awesome, its like a slingshot no messin around tryin to run out th epower, just push the gas and HANG ON !

Oh yeah...THIS CAR HAS A CATALYTIC CONVERTER ON IT !

SICK!!!

Couple questions;

What size is the turbo?

Are you guys planning to make a turbo conversion kit available for public consumption? Woo hoo!

How rude...

...to show us such a thing of beauty, yet unavailable to us.

I do have to say though...my god, what an incredible looking engine bay.

What seats are those? They look plush and like they could hold you in place. Also, I like the leather boots and the red stitching and red accents on the dash.

Couple more questions;

Is that a water to air or something...why no front mount?

When do you make boost, when do you get full boost.

we did the water to air to do something different, not to mention ther isnt much room for the size front mount we would have needed.

Full boost is around 4000 it starts to spool and pull around 3500

A Air-to-Water intercooler is much more efficent than an air to air setup. It's also used in the by all the high end drag cars and it takes up less space.
