I've ordered a few times with zero problems.

A declined credit card can be caused by tons of reasons. I would contact Aaron there when you have a minute and I am sure he can work it out for you.

 

It means that you're not going to receive anything.

 

I had the same thing happen because I fat fingered the keyboard and put my EXP date in wrong. They are very friendly there, just give them a ring or send them an email.

 

i contact my card company .. they didact from my account... and i didnt recevice any email from outmotoring when i finish the ordering ?? :S

i sent them email but no any replay.. = (

 

The charge was probably re-submitted, and cleared the 2nd time. This will probably take a little time for Aaron and Andrea to sort out, so be patient. I'm sure you will hear from them soon. I've always been very pleased in my dealings with them.

 

Maybe you be have no money none. Yo shoood chek yur acount for be money more.

I've had great experiences on ordering stuff from Outmotoring.com.

Try giving them a ring, they are great to deal with. I'm sure everything will be sorted out.

You should give Aaron a call if you have a question. I just ordered from Outmotoring last week and had a question. I called Aaron up and he was very helpful. The order arrived promptly and I was very satisfied.

 

No worries, your english is fine, and we know exactly what you mean.

I too have ordered a number of different things from outmotoring, and have had no trouble at all. I am sure that they will get your header to you. Just give them a chance to email you back.

 

Harhoosh, please ignore the comments a few folks have made about your english. I'm sure they are not fluent in all languages either. Your writing is good enough to communicate your questions.

While the phone call to Aaron might be fairly expensive from overseas, that is probably the fastest way to get things cleared up if time is important to you.

I ordered from them about a week ago...one of my items has been back ordered but they are shipping the rest of my order. Have been real good at responding to email and nice about things too. I would give them a call as well. Good luck
