I say email OutMotoring harhoosh, maybe they can help you sort it out.

Your English is fine. Most NAMmers aren't rude. I gotta admit though I got a giggle from a few things you typed but I am sure you would get quite a laugh if I tried to talk to you in your #1 language too. Keep in mind though I was giggling with you not at you Please keep posting.

question??

Is the card your using a debt card or a credit card ?

I had the same thing happen when i ordered from out-motoring using my debt card... it debted the cash but showed declined..
in a day the debt fell off the account.
When i reordered and used my credit card it went through just fine.

not sure why that happens but i have heard it happens alot online with debt cards

I ordered H&R coil-overs from them and they had them drop shipped to me from the distributor. The distributor sent two complete kits by mistake. I called OutMotoring and told them the issue. I was told that they would call me back with information as to when Fed-Ex would come and pick up the second set. This was a month ago,...the second set is still unopened and in my garage. So basically, my experience with them has been twice as good as with any other dealer!!!! p.s. If anyone from Outmotoring reads this here,.....I'm still waiting. -SPF

Keep in mind that if you're going to autocross the car, the heim joint control arms aren't legal in all classes (like STX).

While you can change the lower control arms in STX, you have to keep the same type of bushings at the ends of the arms. Some of the aftermarket arms used heim joints (ball and socket), whereas others use the same cylindrical bushings as the stock arms.

Again, only relevent if you're going to autocross the car.

I ordered an Alta V2 intercooler from outmotoring back in December. They did not have any in stock, so Aaron had one drop shipped straight from Alta. Because of the paperwork involved in the drop ship process and UPs delays around christmas, it did not arrive until after christmas. I was very upset. I e-mailed Aaron and he offered to refund me the shipping price, but I said no, so instead he sent me one of their sweet t-shirts and a bunch of key chains and stickers along with a very sincere and heartfelt apology.

a bad experience TURNED IN TO A GREAT EXPERIENCE BY PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS !

I have ordered from them a few times. Sometimes it took a while, other times it was only a few days. All in all I had no complaints.
