Does any one in the Indianapolis area have a Magnaflow, Quiksliver or Borla exhaust? I would like to hear it first hand before I make my decision.

I have a quicksilver in Cincinnati

 

I have the Magnaflow installed on my S and live in Greenwood. The car will be at the Indy Region SCCA autocross event at 16th Street on April 27th, and will be at the Columbus (IN) region events on March 30th, April 12th and April 13th. Great. Hope to see you there. And yes, despite the lousy weather forecast I will be there. I'm what you might call committed. Or should be.

My MCS is BRG with white roof /mirrors and white 16" wheels (currently 16x7.5 Kosei w/ 215 Azenis, but they are white too), driving lights and tint. Other parts currently on the car besides the Magnaflow would be the BMP intake, uuc shift ****, Simpson harness, RDR rear sway bar, SPAX coilovers and P&D camber plates with brace. I'm very happy with all of the above.

Couldn't find the March 30th event on the site - possibly brain fade on my part.

 

The March 30th event is on the http://www.cscc-scca.org site. Click on Solo Events/Results in the menu on the left side of the home page. That lists our autocross schedule for the year, event day schedule and results of past events. There is a map to the site on the home page. Basically, one exit south of Columbus/46 exit on I-65. Turn left at top of ramp. Continue for 2 miles and turn left just after the Arvin Meritor tech center. Continue for 7/10ths of a mile and turn left down gravel drive at sign for "Cummins CDL Site".

If you are still having problems, call me at 882-7638 Saturday and I can give you additional directions and info. I'll be down setting up the course during the day but should be around the house during the late afternoon through dinner time. If you need to call, please try to do so before 8:30PM as we have young kids.

At this time it doesn't look like I will be able to make it tomorrow. My daughter has just recently been diagnosed with Crohns disease and is having a rough weekend. I am single parent so I need to be here.

BTW - a month or so ago my son and I saw a BRG MCS with white roof by Mike's Carwash on 135. You live around there?

That was almost certainly my car that you saw. I only live a mile or so from Mike's, and use it pretty regularly.

What does your car look like? Yellow with black racing stripes? That's the other MCS I've seen around Greenwood.

I'll be at all of the Indy and Columbus autocrosses this year. That's the best place to hear what things sound like at WOT. If that doesn't work out, we can make other arrangements at some point.
