Some type of front mount intercooler to reduce heat soak from the motor and increase intercooler area.

Aluminium Rear suspension components. If I remember correctly the rear suspension in the MINI is based of the BMW 3 Series but the MINI uses steel components where the 3 Series uses aluminium.

A small, 50-75 hp, wet NOS kit using some type of spacer/coupler to mount the nitrous and fuel nozels. Something like the spacer on http://www.luminasupercharged.com/ the site is down now but try back later.

All I can think of right now.

all 3-er's (according to my knowledge) from E30 to E46, use stamped steel control links in the rear suspension, just like the MINI (I can't say for //M3's)

my 3-series uses steel control links (trailing, lower and upper), as rolling proof

front suspension of a 3, however, uses either aluminum or steel control arms, depending on chassis and model

Ahh ok got my rear and front confused then.

Aluminium parts would be nice though save a could chunk of unsprung weight.

oh, and to answer the implied question "What aftermarket parts would you like to see?"

I want UUC to introduce a short-shifter, and an RK3 in aluminum, with illuminated pattern!!!!

I want someone to make bigger (or more functional) sun-visors, or at the very least visor covers made out of Alcantara.

Speaking of Alcantara, I want someone to make an Alcantara shift boot and e-brake boot. Make sure the shift boot is tall enough to interlock with the shift **** (you figure out how).

I want OBD-II PC interfacing software (with a really-friggin-long USB cable), so I can turn on my damn rear Fog's after I install my euro 6-toggle panel. Even better, I'd like to have the freedom to change all my programmed settings as I feel like it (I'm feeling a mood-swing coming on here, it's the "male menopause"!)

I think that's it.....for now (MMWWWAAAH HA HA HA HA!!!)

Cheers,
Ryan

Probably just as effective and cheaper to go with water injection; contact http://www.kcsaab.com to see if they have a MINI S kit yet.

A guy on my Bonneville forum has a custom made water injection kit. They are pretty tricky to build and can cause a lot of damage if installed improperly. It would be a lot cheaper but the front mount intercooler would probably be just as effective if not more and safer. Plus the front mount would work all the time.

The Aquamist systems sold by kcsaab.com are simple to install and quite safe. I have one on my supercharged M3 and can highly recommend it.

The BC1 (and the other dozen odd non-engine controllers) has nothing to do with OBD-II. My company is working on a diagnostics package that will emulate the BMW/MINI protocol and allow changing lots of cool stuff.
