This may sound like a dumb question, but how reputable is Larini? Do they make performance parts for other cars or are they a strictly a MINI tuner? Regardless, that exhaust sounds real nice. Does anyone one on NAM have one yet?

What would a mid-resonator do?

The mid resonater is for cars that have a lot of induction noise (intake, bigger pulley, cams..) or for customer who desire to tune down their sport exhaust.

On our stock Cabrio S we are running the Club Sport without resonator, the sound is great, even the fiancee agrees that it is not to loud.
When we start adding other performance parts, I will try to add the resonator.

Thanks

Victor, the Larini site offers the mid-resonator as a separate piece. Would you be able to order it separately as well? I'm considering the Larini Club Sport, but I think I'd like to see if I can do without the resonator (although I have a suspicion I will end up putting it in).

You must be crazy busy, but any luck obtaining audio/video clips of your Larini-equipped cabrio without the mid-resonator?

Thanks!

Hello There,

Yes, it is possible to buy a Club Sports system first, and then add a Mid resonator.

On our Cabrio we are running without it, I do not find it as loud as the Borla.

I will try to get you a sound clip this afternoon

Thanks
Victor

Does anyone have this system? If so thoughts/comments? Is it easy to install? Do you have dyno info post install?

I have it

I have this system and I love it. Sounds much better without being too loud or ricey. It has a deeper more european sound. It is a beautiful system too bad you can really see it.
