Exhaust questions.....

Whats the best sounding, deep throat, nice growl exhaust out there? I was looking into the race system from borla, but i have been reading alot on the invidia, and it sounds like a nice exhaust..... Anyone have some sound clips of there exhausts?? Please help me out.. I am going to add a AGS intake and M7 16% reduction pulley soo i want something all that will sound good with. PLEASE HELP ME..... thanks Spike

Get a custom one build from a muffler shop. I found that a 3" until it Y's into 2x2.5" pipes works very well at giving you a deep throaty sound with good burbling.

Don't go by the soundclips. You really need to hear and drive a car with several different exhausts to know what you are getting. Drive it at several speeds, including highway cruising, to be sure it's what you want to deal with on a daily basis.

Check this out. It was recorded with a digital camera...so the sound quality's not going to be actually what it sounds like, but pretty close.

Milltek vote here. Don't have one myself (it's on order), but I've seen/heard both, and I prefer the Milltek's sound, fit, and finish -- not by much though.

BTW, I do like the Invidia, but I just can't stand those blue tips. And IMHO, I think they'd look ***** with my PW/B MCS.
