295whp

Hey guys. This is another nitrous dyno sheet. I know most of you hate nitrous users so please keep that too your self.

I was only using 75 shot jets. I was only able to pull to around 5800 rpm because the car almost jumped off the dyno. And when we straped it back down the bottle only had 800 psi left in it. Look at the A/F ratios. You can see I start running out towards the end.

I still cannot figure out why I only pulled 175whp off the spray. I only got three runs at the dyno day and that was my first. The computer must have been cutting timming.

This all happened at Main Stream Performance in Altanta GA.

Congrats! That's a big number. After a few rides in your car, I can't say I'm surprised by it though. If feels like 300HP

JCW 380cc. Don't worry it won't be staying in it's current configuration for long.

Congrats d00d! Still running 23%? I saw tons of timing pulled on my pre-dyno [before software] after installing my 18% effective (16% SC, 2% crank) combination on my car [Cosworth Stage 2+]. I'm in the middle of the tuning right now, but I expect that some AF control will iron that out. I'm gonna be getting some dyno sheets up next time I get back to home...

Quick questions: What software are you running now? Do you have timing advance with your nitrous? Also, are you worried about the >16:1 AF spike? It's probably a good thing that you went ahead and re-built! Again, congrats!

I am using, in series, a Dash switch, WOT switch, and the horn button.

Nope no more crazy pulley set ups. Just a 15% pulley. I got tired of changing the belt every 1000 miles.

Tuls, how come they entered your car's weight as 3000 lbs? Doesn't the Mustang dyno calculate its whp figuring in the vehicle's weight, being load-bearing?

quick addendum: for instance, see this page: http://www.fuelinjection.com/dyno_services.htmlhttp://www.fuelinjection.com/dyno_services.html

Because that's what they (mustang) has weighed Minis at...Yes we could adjust it .....also, you have to remember that # on your door is with out you or others and with out being wet...

Also, it's better the car is over loaded than under...when last scaled she was only 2800 with me in her...so the extra 200 isn't that big a deal if you ask me...

ofcourse I have lighter wheels now...insted of S-lites...and so on...but still...so if anything i am making more...LOL....woo hoo!

That the exact expression the people of Atlanta had on there faces. They yelled to take that piece of **** off the dyno when it made 175. But then they said WTF! when the button was pressed.

300hp+ MINIs deffinately have some very large rocks.

I would have to pull them out of the car and see. I believe they are the jets that NX suggests to be used on a 318 for a 75 shot. The kit is a NX universal wet shot.

That's a lot of power! Nice work What are you going to do to correct the A/F?
