u know this l00ks a bit like a head job i did on a BUG motor.. ..so if its jus a ported head and not polish then its a fair job but all that toolin' will cause it to flow poorly but its a fair job

very weird that the intake ports were left untouched though???
are the valves 3-angled?

JCW porting

" What does it all mean? Good or bad?" IMO not the best.

"Are you changing heads?" Not at the present time or this product.

not so zoomed pics of the webb head, you can tell from them though that it is better. Almost 17 more hp, brian told me.

I'm sure they tested them in Antarctica though, heaven forbid I wouldn't want to come out to my car one morning in -80* and not have it start!

I have a JCW why am I bashing it?

Webb has one version with the schrick street cam, hand ported and has bigger intake and exhuast valves. For $1805.

The Pilo has a zillion options but to have a fully decked out one will be $3170!

Protek auto aka Med engineering in UK has about the best head on the market. Last year at this time cheaper than Webb and Pilo. Med has some great options with matching ports to headers and doing the intake to match ports to head for better flow.. Since the dollar has tumbled they may be more expensive. Don't forget about Endyn. very nice work also.

I don't think this should even be considered a performance option. I'm looking at a stock head and the ports look better than that peice of crap. I wouldn't be suprised if their "porting" hurt the performance of the head.

JCW head = BARF!

No way................... I would never buy anything that looked like that much less consider installing it on my MCS.
I can do better than that for just a clean up but don't have the facilities to flow test.

Endyns head work is art in metal.

The Webb head flows 178 CFM exhaust and 220 CFM intake at .450 lift according to the flow chart I saw.

Here is a link with more head info:

hmmm...JCW taps the head with a die-grinder, and dealers charge 10 hours labor to install it...I guess that's the infamous refined JCW bits for ya....
