Riblets . And no, you don't eat them.

Cosworth head as we installed all but one, and that one I know fore sure did not go to you for testing. And I would say with certainty that higher cfm on the bench does not equates to better driveabillity or HP.
The Cosworth head will have a new price as of next week, new price $1299.00 and our new cams will be priced at < $420.00 which will put the
head cam combo at approximately $1720.00.

I've been looking for this thread awhile, some time ago these were the first pictures of the JCW head porting job.
Maybe others will put some head porting pictures up here. Sadly more than a few who posted on this thread are gone now.

Been out of touch some so any info would be greatly appreciated.

A revised cyclinder head will be on the shopping list for my old challenge car when I figured out the best way to cool the inlet charge - so many options with no clear winner. When I do go down that route here in the UK I'll most likely go to this chap who built my brothers race engine:

I've just started reading his book - wow! think you know about modified production engine tuning? Think again!
For the American heads, are there any achieved flow figures about? Interested to compare, not neccessarily with other tuners but, with other engines.

I'll flow test any head anyone wants to put up for comparison at the harley shop here. I'll even cover shipping both ways. (I have a stock '06 S head already in the machine shop for a base line)
One thing to remember is that high flow volume numbers are only part of the equation of power. You also have to keep air velocities up.
As to cooling the inlet charge (and other thermal/friction control stuff) look at swaintech I believe onasled used them for his race car but I could be wrong, they mentioned a race mini last time I called them and asked about TBC pricing for a mini head/valves.
