Drivetrain Rspeed Shift knob?

Rspeed Shift ****?
Does anyone own the Rspeed shift ****? I know everyone will say and suggest the whalen, but I can not justify spending 130-150 dollars for a shift ****. I would like to know if anyone owns the rspeed **** and tell what they think about it? How much does it weight? Is it comparable to the whalen? Any pictures of it installed in the cars? I did a search and not much info was brought up or none really answered my questions.

You can't be serious. I've tried the Whalen out and while it is a nice piece, it's nowhere near good "bang for the buck".
BTW, I believe the RSpeed shift ***** he's talking about are these:

Anyone have one of these installed? I would like to compare it to the RSpeed **** and would like to know what the weight is like on this **** as well. For 45 bucks, it sure sounds like a great deal. It is a shame that today is a holiday and I am working. I wish I can give them a call now. The sooner I order a **** the faster I can enjoy my driving.

I took the plung and bought a Whalen. It was more then what I wanted to spend on a shift ****, but to be honest with you, its good seeing that the money goes to someone who does this to survive. It is also good to know that these ***** are hand made! Can not wait to see what all the rage is about and also see what the logo will look like when done.

My Whalen shift **** kept me from making a mistake and removing the Rogue short shifter from my MC. I love the way it takes out the notchy feel of the Rogue upgrade. My tranny feels more like a Getrag tranny I have tried on other MINIs. I also customized mine to fit my MINI. The handmade aspect is great too, don't see that alot anymore. A big plus is I let my fellow mini owners try it out because it is so easy to remove and reinstall. Several people did not want to give it back!!! That is the difference - have fun with yours too!

Unfortunately, the simple answer is no, there will not be a new Mini Voodoo
**** forthcoming. The reason? BMW and Porsche are among the few car
manufacturers (Chevrolet is now included with the introduction of the C60
Corvette) who choose to use attachments other than threads for their shift
*****/levers. The development and manufacturing costs to address these more complex attachment methods are simply to much to make it worthwhile for small companies like Team Voodoo to pursue **** designs for these manufacturers' shifting mechanisms.
This, in addition the to the inevitable "BMW factor," is why the aftermarket
shift ***** that you do find for these cars are so expensive. Why do the
manufacturers do this? Beats me. I can't believe that they feel so
threatened by the aftermarket that they would increase their own development and manufacturing costs to come up with some of these bizarre designs. I figure it must be plain stupidity.
Now, if you had an OLD Mini, that I have a **** design for. I even have one in stock.
