Intake/Exhaust/ECU mods and reliability for MC?

Hi,

I'm expecting delivery of an '05 MC next month. I'm considering some simple mods - drop-in ITG filter, Miltek cat-back exhaust, and possibly a UNIchip or AMD OneClick. Any theories on how these might affect long-term reliability? Will I be shortening the life of my car by adding these, or will my maintenance and driving style have more of an impact than the mods?

Please, no MCS comments. Let's keep the discussion focused on the MC.
