Exhaust install question.

Just received my Miltek exhaust that will be put onto an '05 MCc. While I would love to do the install myself, lack of tools, space and time prevents me from doing so. So, it will have to go to a shop. Does any one know what something like that should cost? I understand it should be a pretty staight forward bolt on job. Just trying to get a feel for it and make sure I don't get taken in the process.

Thanks.

Well for my remus, being it a cut-and-clamp style exhaust, it cost about 70 dollars for me. for yours, I would say about the same price

One hour of labor at your favorite shop is a fair price.

Glad you receved the Milltek cat-back in a timely manner goaljnky

Yes at most an hour for the cat-back install. Everything should work out smoothly, though we are blazing new trails putting an aftermarket exhaust on a Cooper Cabrio! Just be mindful of the extra bracing, it'll all work out in the end.

Cheers,

Thanks for getting it to me so quickly. Although my wife would not let me take it out of the box. Something about "What, are you goint to sleep with that thing?" How did she know? Funny thing is she ******* about every little thing I do to the car, but than steals it every chance she gets.

Anyway, I plan on doing a few short movie clips just to show what a Cabrio with an exhaust sounds like.

Thanks again.
