where to measure pulley at

I have an 05 JCW but the engine was swapped with an 06 S. Looks like they kept all the important stuff but I'm not positive about the supercharger. I found the dimesions of like 2.2 and 2.58 or something but I didn't see mention of where that measure was coming from. Is that at the rib or at the front lip?

The measurement should be O.D. In mm from the top of the ribs.
But I don't remember the actual diameters of stock -vs- JCW.

Thanks, that doesn't make it exactly easy. Screw it I'll just replace it with a 15% that way I know it's what I want it to be.

F.Y.I. I believe the stock JCW SC pulley is an 11% overdrive (someone correct me if I'm wrong) so moving to a 15% will get you where you want to go.

Yes....the stock JCW supercharger pulley is around 11%........I had all the diameter measurements written down here somewhere.....but I can't find them right now....

To the OP....if you are going to remove your supercharger pulley, it will take a different puller depending on if your pulley is a JCW version or just an S version....so you will need to determine which one you actually have.....I have a factory JCW and a factory S if you want me to try and measure the pulleys for you

If you're having a hard time finding a puller, here's a link to ours: https://www.cravenspeed.com/quick-pu...-supercharger/

You could just post a pic and we'll tell you all about it.

Here is what a JCW pulley looks like

I was only getting 12-12.5 lb of boost. To make sure everything is how I want I ordered the 15% pulley, 2% crank, DT BPV and a few other maintenance items. should run a little better then.
