I got the charge pipe back when OutMotoring was having a sale, but haven't installed yet so cannot offer any concrete review.

I suspect that the manifold will be mega money, but it sure does look like a proper piece of kit!

Now...how the hell do I go about disguising it to look factory so the California Air Resources Board don't come knocking at my front door with hand cuffs in hand ?

I' guess it'll just have to be a dream.

But...as mentioned, I live in California, the state that no longer allows any engine modifications on street driven cars. By us normal folks anyway !

I'm looking forward to this being tested by a 3rd party! Also want to get the supercharger intake piece they made too.

 

I see this thread is several years old but this tube on my sons 2005 mini shattered where the rubber hose connects. The hose shattered like glass when attempting to remove so obviously both were OEM.
I see the youtube video and facebook link no longer work. Is this an abandoned project now?

If yes the it is released and available to purchase.

As for the intake manifold, I do some stress test at the moment, I haven't upload much updates the last period. The latest revision seems to work very nice. I will let you know guys !

 

YES! The pipe from the throttle body to the supercharger. Where can I find it to purchase?

Its a quality piece of kit that will improve the airflow into the supercharger. You will notice the improvement on part throttle, & wide open throttle.

A remap is recommended.

 

How well would this charge pipe work with the larger throttle bodies available, such as the BMW E65 64mm throttle body?
