Drivetrain Supercharging Making Noise? Need more power?

Supercharging Making Noise? Need more power?
Back in 2007 I started looking for a better supercharger as a bolt on. I was looking for the TVS900 as it would be a good fit to make a direct replacement. Problem was, it wasn't available, only the much larger TVS1320 which required many changes to get it to fit. Not a cost effective kit. I built it , the kit was amazing from a power point but most wouldn't want to go to that extent at the time. (hold your hats as there will be a kit for this later this year from us) Then Harrop Engineering out of Australia got the rotor package for the TVS900 and a star was born. I got the first unit to test and fabricated my own kit with FMIC, custom billet intake manifold, custom 3" air box, 3" throttle body, electric water pump and heavy duty radiator. I also came up with a custom flex fuel system to maximize performance and allow for dumping anything from 91 pump gas to E85 into the tank and not having to worry as the Link G4+ stand alone system sorts it out.
Large K&N flat panel filter for maximum air flow
RMW billet intake manifold
TVS900 with RMW 1.8L stroker on E85
Lower dyno run is: Cam/pulley/injectors/tune
Middle is BVH, Cam/pulley, header, injectors tune
Top graph is RMW 1.8L stroker with TVS900 FMIC on E85
RMW billet outlet flange to FMIC
Link G4+ stand alone ecu with RMW custom wiring harness for fuel pressure, flex fuel sensor, oil pressure/temp sensors and wideband
RMW billet inlet to supercharger flange

my kits have 3" throttle body and inlets which makes more power
hoping to make up some of the differences with more intercooling

all depends on what mods are done to the car but it's capable of 360whp with the right mods and fuel

Excellent, thanks Jan.
That's the best looking Wide Body kit I've seen for the Mini.
Oh, is there body work/cutting required for tire clearance or do you just have to stay away from lowering springs.
I ask because my H-Sport and Yellows combo rub the outer edge of my inner fender well, when compressed already, and that's just with 215's
