NM Power module question

Just received mine yesterday, and a bit confused. It came with installation instructions, but nothing on the settings. I open it up and there's a 1 switch and a 2 switch, both in the down position.

Everything i've been reading says you can run it in stage 1 or stage 2. Want to make sure I understand how to set for each stage so I call NM. The lady told me that there is no stage 1 or stage 2, just leave both switches in the down position, they are only to be adjusted if there are issues.

Does this sound right? if not, appreciate any guidance on how to correctly set for each stage.

Mine is different from that. Actually an easier install, straight plug and play. There are no switches accessible on the bottom of the unit, I had to unscrew it to access the switches.

Interesting. Same concept. Race mode is more boost but requires higher octane fuel.

Ah, my mistake. I saw this in 3rd Gen so assumed you had a B series engine. Sorry.
