Drivetrain M7 Intake???
Friends.....
Finally done, the light in the end of the tunell (or AGS).
We are test fitting the pieces to make sure there's no vacum leaks or
clearance issues on Saturday.
I should have images for everyone to see by Saturday evening or early
sunday.

I believe Peter used the word 'should' as in if everything goes ideally with fit and function. I'm guessing that it might need some refining, which is not uncommon for a first cut. We shall see/hear soon enough. And this is assuming he got that last part on Sat morning...

FWIW, I stopped by M7's place yesterday and saw the new M7 intake. It's looks really sweeet. I didn't take pix--I don't think Peter wanted me to take any pix yet, but I just wanted you all to know that I actually saw the real product being installed and it looks really well built and designed. Too bad I don't have an S to take advantage of the new product.
I should mention, the version I saw, still had mold release residue on it, and some tweaking was done on the spot to drill some holes that weren't done at the mold company.

Latest upate on the Air Gain System. After tracking and finding a very elusive but not un expected vacume leak we were able to get some test miles in with the owner of the car already feeling a noticable differance between this unit and his former CAI. This being the case the differance between stock and the M7 AGS should feel even more obvious. Of course we will be supplying the actual comparison numbers with all of the other currently popular CAI on the market but as with everything else that will take a bit of time as well.We did not get a chance to do the photos we had hoped to do but as we will be back at it tomorrow finalizing the minor mold modification we will get the photos up as soon as we can. At this point we still feel we are on schedual to have the first run of 100 available in time to be under every ones xmas tree .
