You want the 15% as it will have lower intake temps at higher rpm than say a 16 or 17%. This is the most common size pulley and even what we run on the race car.

Several paths for 200 WHP. If you went with a different cam, bigger fuel injectors and a tune, you could be close to that power range without having to pull the head. On my JCW, I put a RMW Dominator cam, 450 injectors and a RMW Tune. I did not go with a header that is another 10 to 15 HP. With your pulley/air box/cat back, the only main difference with a JCW are the heads and the tune. I asked that my tune be conservative, not too lean, and IMO I'm pushing close to what my S2000's did with 240 BHP, about 204 WHP.
