Supercharger delete and n/a wp? 03 MCS

Is it possible to install the water pump and hoses for a naturally aspirated cooper on a MCS that has the supercharger removed?

Why do that? Your charger/pump gears failed? You'll have to do more than just delete your SC to make it run properly. Do the EWP swap & retain your SC like what Raven Mocker did here instead:

One it bit of info....
The SC mini (r53) and the non-sc one (r50) has different compression pistions....by lots.
So you would be making a VERY SLOW r50....after you get a custom ecu tune to make it run right...
My suggestion....just fix it. A used sc can be. Had for $500......

I'm planning on converting over to a turbo. Supercharger sounds fairly quiet and i don't think there is anything wrong with it at this point.

It seemed like it would be easier to just use an N/A mini waterpump setup instead of wiring an electric water pump.

If I recall right, the connections on the block are in a different spot...so you might need to punch out a plug, and make a blocking plate....

EWP would be simpler.

Yup, read Raven Mocker's thread. He used the same Davies Craig EWP as the Sprintex SC kit.
