Oil Leak Right Front of Engine

Drove my 05 this past weekend after a long winter snooze and noticed a 4"x5" puddle of dark liquid. It seemed somewhat oily but wasn't engine oil as the oil is clean and much thicker. Checked engine compartment and nothing out of normal there.

More black in color and seemed more towards the inside of front right wheel.

Just checked it and it's oil coming from engine mount on right side. Since this car is pretty well modded what would you guys suggest for replacemenr or fix? I never track the car.

If this one has lasted a long time, Stock might not be a bad case, outside of that I am very happy with my Vibratechnics parts.

Yup, been reading about the VT. Car is only driven maybe 5k/yr strictly for enjoyment so not sure the cost difference/performance vs OEM.
