Hey guys i have done some searching on here I have not found quite what im looking for. I have a 2003 mini s r53. This is the 3rd time I have shredded a belt I replaced 2 tensioner within 5000 and belts. I have a reductioner supercharger pulley I do not know what size. This morning the belt shredded again . It seems to happen in higher rpms. Whats causing this any help would be great. Also if anyone has an outside dimensions of pulley sizes that would be great so I know what I have.
The pulley seems to be spin straight and inline with everything else. Also what size belt for reduction pulley I broke down on my way to work I want to be able to grab another belt I forgot the sizes.
Check the crank pulley and idler pulley all line up straight on the belt. Depending on your pulley(you don't what size) you can try a Gates K060539 if that is too big got to a K60535. How much tension has been on your previous belts? Sounds like a lot.

This. The most common reason for belts to fail is that they are too big. This is especially true for high-RPM failures. Check that all your pulleys spin freely and get the right belt (squeeze a 535 on there).
have you looked at your crank pulley/damper? you might have damaged it during an earlier belt failure. it might only have a burr that eventually cuts your new belt.
