I'd suggest looking at the way motor works site website. He has a really good selection of performance parts on there. I got the Ireland exhaust he sells. It's good for the money but fit was not great. Typically exhausts for this car run $700+(stupid IMO but it is what it is). See what exhausts you like the looks of then search the site for peoples experiences.

 

I'd look around in the Marketplace and on Craigslist, if you want to find something on the cheap. I snagged a Milltek exhaust for around $400 via Craigslist.

 

Try going to a local exhaust shop and see what they can do for ya...

 

I just bought VIP's downpipe back exhaust and will be buying the Akrapovic DP. CAI is DoS.

To be another wise-***, I oft grow tired of scrolling through the same questions asked over and over and over again. C'mon people, try doing some research yourself. Must everything be handed to you? Granted the search function on NAM is weak but google searches on MINI Cooper questions oft lead back to our forum.

 

The DDMWorks intake kit comes with the filter for $240-250. You'll get a million opinions on the exhaust. I have the Invidia setup and enjoy it every day. Sporty tone and not too loud. You should be able to pick one up for $620 (one of the cheapest compared to other products on the market). If you're interested in hearing how it sounds, check out YouTube and search for "invidia mini cooper." Should have several come up. If you have an '05 or '06, you'll get the added benefit of enhancing the popping sounds when you decelerate.
