Boost drop from stage II tuned 07 MCS??

I'm asking for someone's help on helping me fix this issue. I have an 07 mcs and i'm running stage 2 on my mini.
The mods are as follows:

Invidia Q300 exhaust with Riss racing catless downpipe
Alta accessport stage 2 (duh)
K&N cold air intake

What are some of the causes of this? It happened before I installed the downpipe, so I don't think that's it. I'm running no cats at the moment.

The drop in boost occurs when I'm running at low rpms mostly in 4th and 6th gears, but sometimes happens in others as well.

Thanks!

At what point does it drop boost in these gears? I see you say low RPM in 4th - 6th, but how are you driving the car when you see a loss in boost?

Are you just cruising at low RMP?

Are you cruising at low RPM then going to WoT?

Also if it's something you can easily replicate then you could run a data log and send it in to Alta.

That is because the Alta tunes are a little aggressive and the ECU does not like that much boost espescially under heavy load. I normally don't have a problem when I am around 3500rpm to redline but under that I almost always have a problem.

It usually drops boost in those gears when I'm around 3000 rpm and then i stomp it. If i'm between 3500-4000 it doesn't drop the boost. Usually I cruise at low rpms, but it usually only happens when i floor it. I'm not familiar with data logging, alta told me to do that and send it to them, but i'm not certain on how to do it.

Is there a possible fix to this? I'm just throwing out ideas such as a new diverter valve or boost tubes?

Yeah data log it for a couple of days and send the files to Alta. I need to do the same but I am lazy and have not got around to it.

Hey guys, here's a page that we made a little while ago to help describe exactly how to do a datalog.
http://blog.perrinperformance.com/ho...ur-accessport/

It would help to get a log of the exact problem happening, rather than a log of just driving around.

If you guys have any questions, let me know.

Mine did this with a DDM race intake. Went back to stock intake, no more issue. No issue now with my AEM either. Strange.

Thanks Chris! I data logged it today, I sent you all an email. Hopefully this will fix the problem, the guide really helped out a lot.

Yeah, I'm running stage 2 with a k&n CAI, riss racing DP, invidia cat-back. I also run my car with 93 octane, so there's a few possibilities. I'm almost certain it's because of the aftermarket intake.
