- MegaMini Stage III head
- m7 CAI with a different intake box
- DT Bypass Valve
- GP Intercooler
- Megan Header
- Custom Dual Exit Exhaust
- 15% SC Pulley
- 2% Crank Pulley

Suspension and Brakes:
- KSport Coilovers
- Alta 22mm Rear Sway Bar
- Stainless Brake Lines
- Hawk HPS pads
- MINI OEM drilled and slotted rotors

They work very well !! Just a total pain to get the driver side boot on. The wider coupler is easy but for the driver side I heated that thing up beyond belief and it was still a struggle . But it's a super tight seal so that's good

They are a complete PITA !! A Hook and pick set helps the install, but IMO stick with the stock ones.

Pierre; do you have any audio/video of your exhaust ?

Are you near LA? I may have seen you near Bobs Big Boy a few months ago...

Just a quick question on your exhaust. Is that rear bumper a Cooper S bumper with Cooper Lower spoiler? I have exhausts like yours and and they exit either side. How hard was it to cut the spoiler to accommodate the exhaust on the other side? Is it just the lower spoiler you had to change or did you have to change the 2 bits on either side as well?

Yea, its actually a Cooper lower valence piece and the two pieces that attach to it on the sides too. So three pieces total from the Cooper. Fits tightly and firmly on the Cooper S bumper.

It was a piece of cake to cut. Took me maybe 30 minutes to cut out the other side!

And i am from LA!

Yes, if my memory serves me right you were on slipstreams, had quad driving lights, and maybe a for sale sign on it back in late '09.

OK, you're as nuts as I am - I salute you!

What's the odometer say these days?

I rebuilt my R53 at 126k, now at 160k and still grinning (and no car payments!).

Cheers,

Charlie

If you're who I saw, I can attest to the awesomeness of your exhaust. The fit looks OEM, and the sound is just perfect. I was crossing the sidewalk as you pulled out of Bob's.

Bizarre... Yea I did a lot of research before I came up with this build for the exhaust. Always thought it was cool so I went for it. It just really differentiates my MINI from others too! I love it. Thinking I can probably design a kit for this or something...
