No but it looks like it's missing the map sensor........

Edit nvm it's relocated on the red pipe

where the sensor is attached, move towards the front of the car. red pipe becomes silicone and the red pipe again. just before it becomes red pipe again, it looks like it's collapsed. or maybe it's just the light reflecting, refracting.

It's most likely being squeezed by the engine and the upper core support. The stock pipe is molded to fit the very tight space the I/C pipe has to be run through. This company looks to have just used the silicone here so it can smash down and fit the space, sorta.
