Really! thanks for clearing that up... Now i wonder if Ive been using the IAF on my scangauge or not... Will have to check later

A typical MAF sensor is rated for x amount of lb/min. The sensor typically outputs a 5 volt signal. This output voltage is scaled to the capacity of the MAF. The voltage output is simply an indication of the air volume.
