If you had $700 to spend, what would you get?

I just picked up a used M7 exhaust and JCW intake more than 50% off it's price brand new. I came across used miltek headers for $700. Should I get the headers or get a 15% pulley? If I choose to go with the pulley, it will allow me to get a rear sway bar as well.

What would you do?

Thanks!

Pulley and CAI can easily be had for $350 or so. That leaves some $$$ for a tune.

Sold... There's a $75 group buy going on right now for the Alta pulley, will ship on April 15th, but i'm not in a rush. I'll hunt for some rear sway bars as well.

Thanks!

Good choice.
Look for the H&R 19mm sway. The bushings don't make noise like some other and the 19mm is just right for street use. (or not if you plan to track your car)

That's too much for a used header.

Pully for sure...

7 bills

Adjustable 22 bar / 15% pulley / belt /stop /tune w/GOOD tuner. Watch the camber plates-----good idea but alot won't work w/ "tower protectors "(more important) COLD plugs (tuner)

Good job nabbing that great M7/Powertone exhaust. Too loud for me, but they do sound awfully good.

I second the pulley over headers. The pulley is the best bang for the buck, bar none, of any mod and it will only make you want to do more. THe headers might make your already loud M7 exhaust too loud for you, but then again, tastes vary.

Pulley, swaybar. If it's a street car, invest in some non-runflat tires: you'll get better traction as well as a better ride. If you're doing auto-x or track days, save your money for some R compound tires and some of these
