MOSS? ON THE EXHAUST SUBJECT I HAVE IT NAROWED DOWN TO
THE CAT BACK FROM MINI MANIA OR COOPER WORKS FROM RS SPEED.
BORLA HAS ONE ALSO.ROUGE HAS A NICE 1 INTO 2 SETUP BUT I DONT
WANT TO CUT MY STOCK SYSTEM. :

Exhaust for the Cooper or the S, or both?

 

It'd be nice if the tuners out there had more available for the Cooper'S', rather than just mostly for the Coopers. I'm growing a tad inpatient. Winter is coming, and there's no point to mod during the winter. I'll have to wait unitl Spring at this rate before I can find something good to throw on my MCS. Still awaiting info on the Viper intake for the 'S' and the BMPdesign Intake. A pulley would be sweet as well.

 

The VIPER is ready for the Cooper. We also have a solution for the Cooper &quot;S&quot; as well. The Viper Evolution 1 is for 250 hp engines and bigger.

Now the challenge for the &quot;S&quot; is a manufacturing problem. Meaning that because of the current design of the S's air box. It becomes difficult to make a total Cold Induction System. Please correct me if I am wrong.

But, I was told that in the bottom of the S air box are the air flow meters or some kind of sensor that the Charger or the Emissions System needs. Thus making it almost impossible to totally pull out the air box.

So what your saying is that there will be no Viper kit for the Cooper S?

 

I just recieved a quote sheet from HAMMAN tuning in germany for all of their mini products but I can't figure hou how to attach the spread sheet they sent me. Any help would be great. They have four kits for the cooper &quot;S&quot; that range from 189HP to 211 HP the prices are in Euro$ but it is about a 1 to 1 exchange rate to the dollar. I am waiting on a reply to the question of sending in the ECU or just getting the chip to install myself I will post the answer when I get it.
