quick question for those who have theirs in hand. What is the blue cable that comes with it for? a ground wire?

Well to make you feel somewhat better. I never received a tracking number either. I just walked into work and a mystery package was sitting at my desk

 

Well that settles it. JAS76 is no. 100 on the official sign up list. Looks they ARE shipping in the order they were paid.

 

Got mine just now.... Ironic part is, I took my car in for the timing chain tensioner. I was hoping to put the stock tune back in since my car has previous "encounters...lol".

But still good to have.

Im kinda in the same boat. I received mine today. I have a new MINI on order and should be here by the end of May. I dont want to marry the unit to my current MINI that I am trading in so it will have to wait. I have already picked up a used JCW CAI and just got in on the group buy for the Helix IC. I will have a pile of parts ready to go on the new one when she arrives.

Ok, got everything opened up and went to read the instructions on the included thumb drive but the PDF won't show anything other than the Terms and Conditions. All other pages are blank and Adobe Reader keeps giving me an error. Anybody willing to email a working PDF?

 

Jan told me you don't need the little blue wire. Mine worked fine without it.

 

Are you worried about warranty issues with the Helix intercooler? I was thinking about going JCW stage 1 and then have it tuned. I kinda want to go aftermarket but I am worrying about it voiding my warranty....
