So it was on all the time on that pull then?

Has it got the new RMW race cam in as well?

the settings we use are proprietary for all RMW customers
we have spent the time and money making this the best kit out there.
With it comes special access to that knowledge base

Jeff has the first version race cam........ the second one is even better
they are proprietary too

Dont blame you at all Jan, I hope Jeff isn't shy about posting a non meth run with the above meth run overlayed, would be nice to show the world how much the RMW w/m gains you.

Can't we just buy the cam of the shelf.
Can you run version 2 on the street or is it more radical then v1.
Maybe you should email or PM your answer.

It's not about how much it gains per say: It's about running the same numbers over and over and over

what good is a 1x pull on the dyno? Bragging rights......that's it
our cars can lay down the power like that over and over
it's why our cars set records on the track in 100deg F weather

You guys in the UK really need to get on the meth train.

With Morgan running that DFIC and cooking at the track a "good" meth system would have really saved the day .

Ok, this makes sense to me from outside reading. While a good Meth kit will deliver a little HP boost due to the increased octane, just guessing here maybe ~12 HP for a MINI. It's primary value is in maintaining that same power, pull after pull, or rather lap after lap. So your power does not crater as heatsoak sets in and intake charge temps skyrocket. The cooling effect of the Meth kit is much more important than the increased octane.

If understand this incorrectly, please correct me.

You are correct Sr..

I've driven in 100 degree heat and when you hammer the car it feels just like it would feel on a nice cool evening. Time after time.

To me a meth kit is a must have mod for the Mini. I had a cheaper kit and the RMW kit in my opinion is the best kit available for many reasons.

Proprietary? Do you hold a patent for your camshaft specifications and meth kit?

Ok thanks for the verification. Also, I am thinking that a Meth kit is relatively more important on an inefficient SC like the OEM Eaton that really heats the intake charge as opposed to the Rotrex, or better yet a nice TVS twin-screw that does not superheat like the OEM SC.

Of course it would have great value on ALL, but the OEM SC guys need it more!

Oh Ya. The Eaton's really can benefit from this.

As I have become fluent in RMW speak the translation (Janslation) is:

My new proprietary kick *** best meth kit you can buy for a mini makes Jack all hp gains even with a tune

Seriously if the kit made decent gains even with a tune don't you think the before and after dynos would be pimped on all the mini forums....
I am yet to see any before and after runs with the meth on and meth off or no meth tune and meth tune.
For someone who keeps banging on about vendors having proof and backing up their claims with performance data well how about you man up and post some numbers???? Not just the "we are winning all the races" response.
If it is that good you should have the dynos to prove it....
