Drivetrain MegaMynes Headers
Mike and all-
After instructing at two DE's with the header, I just pulled the heat shield to check the torque on the bolts and the JET-HOT black. Bolts tight but, regretfully, the coating is flaking off in 25-50 cent size circles on the runners just aft of the mounting plate. I was extremely careful during installation, too. Taped the header up to avoid dings. Suggests poor prep on JET-HOT's part. If I had it to do over, I'd get it bare, then fine sand-blast and use VHT or COOL-IT by Thermo-Tech paint. Hope others are having better results. Love the header, tho!

Pls call Jet-Hot at 800.432.3379 and explain to them your situation and they should be able to accommodate. They are a good company and should be able to help you out. There's a batch number on your header so they can look it up in their system.
We have always used their Extreme Sterling on our manifolds and headers with exceptional results. But as with any racing environment, it generates a lot of heat so it's hard to cope with all the varibles.
Pls ctc me if you need further assistance.
cheers.
