Clearly you like talking nonsense.. My turbo has been checked and clocked etc if needed by CR Turbos thats why mines is perfect.. I planned going your route but i decided i wasnt going to go cutting my car to pieces, instead everything will just bolt on..

I'm really happy that mtuning3 is not the only one doing at GT28 kit right now...cuz quite frankly his posts are worthless!

Look forward to your progress and info as it all becomes available!

I love love love ATPs parts. I had purchased a few bits from them when I had my VR6 Corrado with a T04s 60-1.

Im excited to see this thing! Have you driven it on the street yet? YouTube is blocked at work, so I cant see the vid yet :(

Yes whatever that means, but it did need a little cut

For those who are interested i will post pics of where and how the cut needs to be made, its on the underside of where your scoop fits into so its just a small bit of useless metal but i wouldnt recommend a DIY job if you want it to look good

Im not going to tune for atleast 2 weeks. Im going to run 12-16psi to start off with and up it to about 16 psi and then by the time i go for tune i will have changed injectors and can do a serious tune. Im going to get on a dyno by the end of the week just to see what the numbers are at 16 psi and il get that posted too.

No probs, its called sarcasm and i was winding you up because you were winding alot of people up on here, and continue to do so but thats all good Caught you up Hows the tuning coming ? If you cant sort that your pretty much stuck at 16psi (which isnt exactly bad) but it would be a shame as alot of people are waiting for the tuning solution to become available.

Ok so i have got the car back and its on the road First thing i noticed is how smooth the car feels in delivering the power and the lovely noises coming from both the turbo and hks bov.

The 3" downpipe makes the exhaust a little more growly and i get some lovely pops and bangs from it. No drone whatsoever though so the Milltek resonator is doing its job. Im really pleased with this turbo kit, what a smile it puts on your face .

There are a couple things im going to fit today one being an oil catch can with a breather filter and that way the oily crap isnt being fed through my system to make a mess of all the pipes and intercooler etc. I will post some pics up when i have it installed.

For now though here are some more pictures (one of the bonnet cut too) : http://www.photobucket.com/coopman

And a video :

Hope you enjoy

Wow, that bonnet cut looks a lot more involved than just a simple piece removed, but I'm sure it looks harder than it is. Thank you for pictures and videos, very helpful and informative!!

That's quite the custom job you got there with the plumbing and wires. Glad everything is working and is running great, sounds great.

I'm assuming no tune yet, seeing as how you topped it at 8psi. Hope it all goes well! Awesome job, keep us posted.

Try and have one your mates video while you drive, safer for one and you can focus better on driving! Cheers and good luck!
