Address texted... but I'm not positive since I haven't climbed under the car, but it sounds like it's leaking at the flanges from the sound of it.

I'll let you know for sure later today, but if you could also send me the updated bung for the O2 sensor, that'd be great.

(I know you asked for my address last week, just hadn't gotten around to sending it to you yet!)

Yeah, it's the post cat that is causing the problem.

Talk about extension, Dr. Phil is going to think it is his Helmholtz resonator relocated.

I just picked up the car from Helix after getting the header and cam installed after a few obstacles - see here for details https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...rmw-helix.html

Impressions :
  • At idle the car is pretty much the same noise level barely any lope.
  • Driving around calmly - there is barely any noise increase.
  • Once you are past I'd say 60% throttle it definitely takes on a sounds of it's own. Louder and racier. Car sounds nicer when you rev it.
  • Launched - ran through 1st gear, 2nd and 3rd - the car pulls effortlessly throughly the gears. There is a struggle for traction in 1st gear from 3500 rpm through 5000 rpm.
  • Definitely producing.

IF that was directed @ me - the answer would be when Jan comes to Helix in Philly once they are set up @ the new shop.

I am not sure - I think Eric is planning a big move of equipment within the next few weeks - I know it is very close to moving time.

it's for the 02 sensor to make sure you don't get the PO420 code

Do you know if the one you sent me has that attached, I could get up and look but I thought I would just ask, or is that something that needs to be welded on after that you have found out from Testing?

Anyone think it will make a difference to run a L instead of a J bung?

I have no idea. The header pictured above is on my car and no code yet. We did have to have that bung shortened to fit with my Miltek exhaust. Also had to hammer in some of the resonator as well.

Great header. I am loving it.

7 days later - No engine light, no issues, not sure if I will need the bung. Definitely loving the pulley /cam / header combi.

Just got my header and cam installed yesterday The car runs great, a little loud when you open the taps, but great! I extended both O2 sensor wire harnesses due to the sensor ports are a little furthur aft than on the oem header and I was able to route the wire bundles the origanal way with out them being banjo string tight. No codes so far....now about that tune.
