tried filming this with mobile phone, the frame rate is not fast enough to catch the shaking steering wheel

they have said i can borrow the prototype after a little more deveopment

just to repeat this is not from a change from oem, previous manifold was a janspeed with a de-cat, which is very
"free-flowing" and if anything louder

 

It apperars that my rattling was caused by the same problem as OctaneGuy, my resonator on my Invidia is shot. My rattle got really bad, all the way from just off idle to about 3 grand, so i took it back to Helix where Eric found out that was the problem. So I guess I cant be crossed off the list too

 

I tried everythingbut the rattle is still there

 

looks like we are down to 1 left in the world

who wants to take a trip to Greece to fix it?

 

Make that two my friend, I think it might be my center hangers tho. They are ripped and they aren't seating properly.

I have some extra's, I just need to put them on. I'll post here if it fixes the problem

Seriously, I think I've blown all the packing out of this exhaust too. Its slowly getting louder and more raspy. Good stuff!

You need to send me some spy shots of the tips

 

I used the R56 JCW tips on it.... looks great
Knocked the centers out of them to fit the 2 1/4" piping

Does the RMW quiet catbak make the RMW header quieter?? I find that my Invidia exhaust became louder with the header and when I'm stomping on the gas, otherwise, the exhaust is pretty quiet most of the time. With the Magnaflow resonator on the Invidia exhaust, it became REALLY loud when I'm on it...head turning loud.

Ohhh, in that case, sign me up too. lol. Though I like loud sometimes and it limits who can drive my car without getting a ticket, lol. My wife has gotten stopped twice in my MINI, including the day I brought it back from Danny's shop with the new engine. She hates my car.
