RMW should be able to get you one, when mine went bad I actually sent it back to them to be done.
Don't know why yours went bad but make sure when you re-install it you also install some sort of stiffer upper motor mount, most flex baskets fail because of the movement allowed from the OEM upper motor mount, esp. after they go bad.
