ok i know this was asked years ago but never an answer. does anyone know if it is possible to switch a 5 sp man over to the 6sp man? if yes....aside from the dealer where can i get one? also how hard or how much or anything at all that can be of help

If its not possible..u better tell the 5 speed outside (that has a hole in the case) that the 6 speed in the garage.....that it cant come out and play

Hey! I have some shizzle goin on and cant throw it in! And my turbo project is on hold too.. Thats what happens when you get a divorce...the wife takes 1/2 and your trying to sell a house in a crappy economy. Oh, and I HAD no job too......

By shizzle he means he has no more time to be lazy...but he did have the time to do this...but then he was lazy...now he doesnt have the time to do the swap and its killing me to see the MINI outside with "IN TOW" written on the rear window...

I wish I had the problem of having the transmission and parts, but not the time to install it...my problem is the opposite. I could easily make the time to do this...but the money to buy all the parts...thats a problem!
