From the thread title I figured you were going to recommend taking a laxative before a run!!

See how fast you can get off the track!!

I WORKS!

I now have 30 less pounds behind the wheel, and am working (more slowly) to about another 20.

Diet and exersize, funny how they keep saying that's what people need to do and it works.

The old drag racers formula 100 lbs = 1 tenth in the quarter.

So I should diet and exercise my way to about 80 pounds instead of the 180 I way now to save me a tenth of a second, or just keep on eating what I eat and be happy.

I think I'll stick with food.

America the land of biggie and supersize everything (even our cars). I think America has the most overweight people than any other country in the world.

By God he's right!!!!
I just lost 137lbs since thursday and my S feels like it pulls much harder now. Even in the hot weather! WOW. I am going to keep excercising and quit eating entirely. I'll see all of you suckers in my rear view mirror if I still have the energy to lift my eyes up high enough.
