WTB: GP Intercooler

I'd like to find an OEM Mini GP intercooler.

Anyone have any ideas where to get one, or have a part number so I can get a quote from the dealer?

i dont think you are going to be able to get one from a dealer, MINI USA has them on lockdown. I tried to order one when the GP'S first came out and MINI USA cancelled the order my parts department had put in, then called the parts manager personally to find out why he wanted one.

Think you have to have a VIN # and proof that YOUR GP needs one. There was a guy on E-Bay selling them for a very high price from over seas. But have not heard anything out of that in quite some time. You can do a search hear and find a thread. I'd like to get one too...

His name is Peter. He was selling them in the marketplace (I got mine from him). Search GP ic in the marketplace and send him a PM.

Instead of giving yourself a headache trying to find one....why not just purchase an already proven (and probably better than the GP) aftermarket IC?

Except for a shortshifter and a bunch of electronic work-arounds, all of my upgrades are OEM. I'd like to keep it that way.
