Thought about it many times.

A couple years ago, I browsed a few online custom cane catalogs. Lots of neat briar canes, etc.

It would be a snap to add a male attachment piece to accept the *****.

Think anyone would be interested?

Got mine in yesterday, got it on, FANTASTIC! This thing is exactly what I've been wanting! Now all I need is a leather tube sock for when it gets cold! Kick's a little rock, looks up at Doug......

Sid you are right, this is Absolutely Perfect! It is amazing how easy and quick I can confidently shift now. I was going to call Doug and thank him personally, but I did not want to leave a message.
And hey, I might be interested in having a custom cane to fit my shifter.

LOL....I am old, but not THAT old yet, certainly hope I don't need a cane anytime soon. If you get the cane, you can have different ***** to fit it...I already have a collection of 5 of them, #6 on the way, would be cool to switch it out to fit your mood , or occasion.

We have more posts than all the stickys combined in the drivetrain section and almost(kind of) as many views.

Only if you do a bit of "agricultural racing". Then, since it was clean to begin with (or should have been), it's easier to make pretty again.
