CraftSquare=$$$$ Very nice, but quite expensive. You can adapt the universal APR mirrors to work.

Yes but you end up looking like a ricer with tinee whinee mirrors meant for Formula 3 race cars and you can't see much of anything through them...

CraftSquare mirrors are convex and 180mm wide...

try again sid The APR's are convex too

Wide Angle Convex Mirror Lens – Convex lenses are used on both driver and passenger sides mirrors to eliminate blind spots. Blue anti-glare mirror lenses are included to reduce reflections from headlight glare during nighttime driving.

Since this is an ongoing project thread, I see no reason why it cannot be stickied for a while.

I'm not trying to be a poser here but I don't see the justification of why this should be stickied. There is no real value of information concerning the drivetrain. If at all, this post belongs in the Interior/Exterior section.

Seeing this sticked, I hate to see one person singled out. Why don't we get everyone's on going project stickied so that we have to go to page 3 to get past all the sticky's.

x2

It's a great thread and all....but i dont think it's updated often enough to justify stickying it to keep it at the top everyday.....the mod prior to the whalen chat was 15 pages ago.

Ok, guys so I do see your point, but it is kind of a place for everyone to get peoples' advise(with in this thread) on stuff especially from Sid. It is constantly on going in some way or another. And yes, it really is not fair for one person to have their own "blog" with in NAM, but it is MSFITOY and Sid. Sid has one of the best minis out their(even with his sick M45). I do not know of one person that would not take Sid's advise on anything mini related and if they did not like it, they did find a solution that was spawned off of his wisdom.
I don't know...I mean hey if the mods want to "unsticky" it, that's fine. It will most likely stay with in my sight anyways. I just thought it was kind of honoring Sid and his accomplishments.

In ragards to the "sticky" issue , why not create a forum like what Motoring Underground has? A "Garage" or "Readers Rides" Section (you can name it whatever you want). That way each individual person could have their own blog/on-going thread if they wanted to.

Just an idea...

I love Sids car, but there are a lot of others that I would deem "Sticky" worthy as well...
