Looking for wheels and a BBK (needs to fit my 16" winter wheels).

 

This might be the last time you see the white stuff from the sky for a while. You can breath a big sigh of relief; I can't see anything happening to the MINI while it is on the boat... it's on the Costa Concordia, right?

 

Veggi - you should't give slinger anything more to worry about

 

Slinger is in Hawaii mode now...a worry-free zone.

 

Are any of you thinking about a get together sometime this spring?

Eddie, I do have some nice wheels for sale. One set of Enkei PF01 17", one set 17" BBS and one set 17" Mini wheels pace spokes (not too good condition but real cheap).

 

Those Enkeis are very close by if you want to make the move to 17's.

 

Started to think about fixing things...blaaaah.

 

But first on the list is I'll be heading to Daytona for the 24hrs on Thursday!

4 days in the warm weather - just long enough to get burned and then angry about coming back to the cold.

 

Of course we are thinking of a get-together...just a matter of "someone" saying when they can be "there" and someone deciding where "there" is. But it sounds like we may have to work around S-driver's schedule

Lots of Lime Rock, but only one event (2-day) at Watkins Glen.

 

A few NJ days too...

 

Veggie, looks like there are 9 days at LRP, your home track. The unmuffled ones can be a little fast for Minis judging from what happened last year with the pro racers and their ALMS rides.

 

I'm liking all of those Lime Rock dates. Lots of Mondays, which work great for my schedule. I'll shoot for April 9th as my 'opening day'. The unmuffled dates are both Tuesdays, which are out for me. Just as well, I guess. Those suckers were loud! Looks like I'll be doing the Glen with another group, since their date doesn't work for me. Wonder why only one WGI event this year for them.

 

Has anyone ever run with TrackDaze? They're running two-day events for $399.

 

I've heard of them, but have never run with them. What tracks?

 

I've run with them several times, they are my favorite group to run with....

Looks like their home track is VIR, with some Road Atlanta, Summit Point and Thunder/Lightning dates as well. I'm signing up for all seven muffled days at LRP with SCDA.

 

TrackDaze has an impressive web page. Charges seem less expensive than SCDA. Anyone thinking of doing VIR?
It looks like SCDA has a better schedule for NJ...but costs more?
Don't forget Patroons for WGI. I think that is in June.

 

Very well organized... tend to be a tad more aggressive (more of a racer’s club than a DE) definitely my favorite tracking event.
