^Received my order today...everything was perfect except for one of the Trunk Organizer & Tool Bags. As soon as I opened the zippered top, I was overwhelmed by a STRONG mildew/moldy smell. Griot's customer service was great, though...they're sending a replacement out today along with a call-tag to pickup my defective bag.

I really like the idea of the Kneeler (51400) $39.99...have you seen a similar product with same/similar quality for less $$$ anywhere?

cs over there.

i have that knee pleaser. it's great. that and those disposable gloves is
a must-have for when working on cars. i believe CRAFTSMAN
has a similar pad, but can't beat having that griot's logo on there.

 

Quick question about the codes...are they one-time-use per customer account?

I received mine with the order that was delivered today. I'm placing an order for supplies specifically for my 16-yr old twins who are driving my Camry...but when I enter the PEA101 code, it simply says "Thank you for entering your key code!" and the 8oz Speed Shine doesn't even show up in the basket like it did when I placed my order.

 

hummm... or they may have already run out of them?

ive used those codes repetitively over several orders and it showed up.
you might want to call-in your order and they can manually input that
for you.

 

It is my understanding they are attached to your customer number. Not everyone gets the same code...kinda like when Ken and I got different discount amounts.
