Octaine recommends this stuff as the best there is for plastic and vinyl... trouble is, it only seems to come in a ginormous concentrate bottle for like $40. True, it will last me till I'm too old to be able to drive, but I'm sort of looking for a more reasonable size.

Does anyone know if there's an equivlent product that provides a good luster to the Mini's plastic trim (not the "wet look" of Armor All but a bit richer than, say Ice) in a human-sized bottle? Local availability would be a plus as well, as paying $6 shipping on a $8 bottle pf product is, well, silly.

Holy crap... that's the EXACT same bottle, it looks like, that Meguiar's sells direct on their site for $39.99. 4-1 concentrate and everything... Unless I'm missing something. How can they sell it for 66% off?

Well, the picture posted there is of the gallon bottle of the same stuff they sell by the gallon directly below the 32oz sampler.

The 32oz sampler will come in a meguiars spray bottle with a trigger sprayer (just an FYI, the sprayers that ADS and meguiars sell, that I assume are purchased from US Plastic***, are CRAP. This is the only negative thing I can say about Meguiars or ADS. )

Anyways, basically according to the ADS, if you order the 32oz sampler, you will receive the hyper dressing concentrate (not dilluted) and thus would have to dillute it as you would if you were to purchase the 1 gallon container. A good thing to note - all of the bottles purchased from Meguiars and ADS, from what I can tell, are LABELED (not real a label, as it is actually printed on the bottle in color) bottles from US Plastic. However, the labels are awesome because they have all the dillution ratios marked on the bottle with fill lines, making things very convenient when trying to properly dillute your product.

Wow...that probably sounded really complicated, and I probably left you confused. If this did not make any sense, I apologize. I just got back from a 300 mile trip and am feeling a little strange. I can get you pictures of the meguiars bottle, or give you more insight on it tommorow if I just made things more confusing .

***And about the US Plastic I mentioned above. Although I truely feel their trigger sprayers are crap, the rest of their stuff is sweet. It is a great place to get buckets, or grit guards, or bottles, or anything else plastic (except the trigger sprayers). I just thought this was worth mentioning as well.

One more thing that is kind of on the topic of Hyper Dressing. If you go to this page at ADS: http://autodetailingsolutions.com/applicator_pads.htm , and scroll down to the "Heavy Duty Foam Tire Dressing Applicator Pad 2 Pack" - this is something I would recommend to use if you are looking for an applicator for your wheel arches. The "curvature" of the applicator pad lines up pretty well with the wheel arches.

I get ya... Not a bad way to go. I usually just use a rag, but I know I can get those curved pads around here for a few bucks for 2. Nice suggestion - thanks!
