New Sonus goodies at Autopia

Autopia customers (who elected to receive email announcements) probably received a new products announcement from David at Autopia, in their email right? Sonus I guess is expanding their line.

30% discount is definitely attractive, to try this new Sonus glass/chrome polish, and something else called "Trim & Motor Kote". About the Motor Kote stuff, the email propaganda said:

"Tired of treating your engine with vinyl and rubber treatments that attract dust and burn off in a matter days? The answer is Sonus Trim & Motor Kote. Sonus Trim & Motor Kote is an easy-to-apply acrylic wax coating that protects textured plastic, rubber, cast aluminum, vinyl and paint. Designed for high temperature applications, Sonus Trim & Motor Kote withstands 240 to 280 degree temperatures for extended periods, making it the perfect wax coating for your engine, bed liner and other exposed black plastic trim. More... (http://www.autopia-carcare.com/son-720.html)".

Count me "interested",
Tatt

I'm starting to get a little aggrivated w/autopia..they keep discontinuing other things. THey used to have several brands that did the same and you could choose which worked best for you. I just got hooked on autoglym bumper care and it looks like that's going away too. Argh.

That engine detailer stuff interested me too, I will probably grab some with my next order.

That's Interesting about products being discontinued... I would feel the same if any hard-to-source product that I liked just "went away" .

My first foray at Autopia was strictly "accoutrements" to go along with my Zaino kit ordered around the same time. Well, I guess I picked up some Sonus "Restore" polish too, to compare to Scratch-X, but other than that, it was strictly microfibers and applicators. So to make a long story short (oops too late), I really haven't had the rug pulled out from under any products I use, knock on wood...

Yes it does, and presumably you don't have to buy it humongous quantities, like another engine degreaser meguiar's product that meguiar's shall remain meguiar's nameless...
