Rag Top Conditioner?
I got my 2006 MINI almost a year ago...and absolutely LOVE that car! My question is...what type of care is required for the rag top? I have purchased some 'conditioner' for it (havent used it yet) but thought I would ask what other convertable owners use on their tops? Thanks in advance~

 

bmw soft top cleaner and repellent. works well. not very aggressive and the repellent holds up decently long. 3 times a year in the northeast. illinois, maybe 4? but at least its made for that purpose and specific to their materials.
Renovo makes a nice cleaner as well.

 

I've been using RaggTopp for years on all my customer cars and they love it. Usually lasts about a year here in SoCal. It now comes in a two part system of cleaner and protectant. We carry both of these products. The important thing is to clean the top well before protecting it. I also tape a plastic drop cloth around the painted areas to make sure I don't get any overspray on it.
